Jackknifed truck with trailer creates traffic hazard

California Highway Patrol directs traffic at state Route 67 and Pala Street Monday morning where a truck and trailer hauling two cars jackknifed around 11:30 a.m. The trailer was pulled back into an upright position and the roadway was open by 12:14 p.m. No injuries were reported.
