Sheriff’s reports: Vandals cause $2,000 damage at Ramona High School

A vending machine in the middle of the Ramona HIgh School’s campus was knocked over and broken, causing $2,000 worth of damage, reports the sheriff’s Ramona station. The vandalism was believed to have occurred between 8 p.m. July 7 and 8 a.m. July 8.

Sunday, July 13

•Male, 42, victim of battery on person and damage/use power connecting lines, 100 block North 14th Street.

Saturday, July 12

•Female, 36, arrested, 1200 block Main Street, drunk in public.

•Male, 35, arrested, 600 block Main Street, possess controlled substance.

Thursday, July 10

•Vehicle burglary, 2900 block Dye Road, power tools worth $690 and miscellaneous tools valued at $60.

•Vehicle burglary, 1000 B Street, wallet, identification cards, $150 sunglasses, $30 in currency and $80 worth of clothing.

•Female, 21, arrested, 1400 block Montecito Road, felony bench warrant.

•Grand theft - forgery by false checks/records, 1700 block La Brea Street, occurred between June 29 and July 10.

•Male, 35, arrested for shoplifting at Kmart, 1800 block Main Street, approximately $48 worth of clothing, $30 worth of paint and paint supplies, and $100 miscellaneous, all recovered.

•Petty theft of bicycle, 1000 block B Street.

•Female, 25, arrested, 300 block Pala Street, possess narcotic controlled substance, use/under the influence of controlled substance and possess unlawful paraphernalia.

Wednesday, July 9

•Petty theft of purse and credit cards, 25300 block Pappas Road, occurred July 4.

•Get credit with another’s identification, 15500 block Thornbush Road.

•Male, 64, victim of obtain money by false pretense, valued at $1,050, 1600 block Main Street.

•Male, 26, arrested, D Street, misdemeanor bench warrant.

•Spousal/cohabitant abuse with minor injury, 100 block 14th Street.

•Shoplifting, Kmart, 1800 block Main Street, miscellaneous clothing valued around $87.

•Petty theft from vehicle, 500 block Fifth Street, $600 cell phone, identification card and miscellaneous papers.

Tuesday, July 8

•Petty theft, 2500 block Robertson Street, household goods valued at $225.

•Male, 18, arrested, 1100 block Main Street, possess controlled substance, use/under the influence of controlled substance and possess unlawful paraphernalia.

•Vandalism to wall, valued at $133, Stater Bros., 1600 block Main Street, occurred July 3.

Monday, July 7

•Male, 31, and female, 43, arrested, 24100 block San Vicente Road, possession of controlled substance, use/under the influence of controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

•Male, 27, arrested, 100 block Letton Street, contempt of court: disobey court order.

•Male, 29, arrested, 300 block Eighth Street, possess controlled substance and possess unlawful paraphernalia.

•Male, 26, arrested, 600 block A Street, possess unlawful paraphernalia and possess controlled substance without prescription.

•Male, 38, arrested, 1500 block Montecito Road, use/under the influence of controlled substance.

•Female, 28, arrested, 1400 block Olive Street, drunk in public.

•Found property, bicycle, 700 block B Street.
