Menu Thursday, Jan. 16: Pork chops, apple celery stuffing, green beans and tomatoes, applesauce. Friday, Jan. 17: Birthday lunch of oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, pineapple upside down cake. Monday, Jan. 20: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, broccoli, fruit cocktail. Tuesday, Jan. 21: Teriyaki chicken, rice, Oriental vegetables, Mandarin oranges, salad and tomatoes. Wednesday, Jan. 22: Spaghetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, winter mix vegetables, fresh apple. Thursday, Jan. 23: Ham and cherry sauce, sweet potatoes, Scandinavian vegetables, fruited Jello. Friday, Jan. 24: Baked fish, colcannon potatoes, carrots, fresh grapes. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meals also are delivered to the homebound. Suggested lunch donation for seniors age 60 and older and for the homebound is $4. Transportation is $1.
