DSC_1173.WEBfeatureOne person was transported to an area hospital after a collision on State Route 78 near Casner Road around 6:40 p.m. Thursday, according to California Highway Patrol. The accident blocked the westbound lane of SR-78 in that area and traffic was reduced to one lane. CHP is reporting it as a solo DUI collision. No other information is available.
