An 82-year-old Ramona woman was airlifted to Palomar Medical Center Tuesday afternoon after having no recollection of the accident she had just been involved in at 11th and Main streets, said California Highway Patrol.

The woman was driving a 2007 Camry, about 20 mph, northbound on 11th Street around 3 p.m. when she failed to stop at a stop sign at Main Street, said CHP Officer Kevin Pearlstein. She was broadsided by a Budweiser delivery truck, traveling westbound on Main Street, driven by a 32-year-old male from San Diego, CHP reported. Witnesses said the impact pushed her car over the curb of the road.

Pearlstein said she was flown to Palomar because she had no memory of what happened. No other persons were involved in the accident and the driver of the beer truck was uninjured, said CHP.
