Woman injured in accident lifeflighted to Palomar

*DSC_1190.WEBfeature.Emergency responders aid a woman injured in an accident at 11th and Main streets and airlifted to Palomar Medical Center, according to Ramona Fire Department/Cal Fire. The accident, which occurred around 3 p.m. Tuesday and involved her car and a Budweiser delivery truck, closed Main Street in both directions for a short time. No other injuries were reported.
