Letter to editor: Ramona Junior Fair Barbecue & Pie Auction an epic event

First off, I would like to give kudos to the team that put on the Junior Fair Barbecue & Pie Auction. The Steering Committee Kids were FABULOUS and the extra efforts made by the many volunteers who pulled together to make this year’s BBQ & Pie Auction an epic event. Thank you!

Below are the results of the night’s proceeds and the list of buyers who bought in the auction. The pie auction brought in $6,675 more than last year. Patrick Osio was the recipient for the pie in the face and he brought in more money than last year — and dinner proceeds were up.

It was estimated that we served a little over 300 meals of delicious barbecue and I believe all who attended had a great time.
