Stemper.WEBKevin Bell presents a check for $500 to Mark Stemper of Scout Troop 130. Stemper plans to use the money to build a chicken coop, which will be stocked with chickens, at the Ramona Adult Day Care Center. The center will use eggs from the chickens in its menu for its clients.
