Town & Country adds Real Estate Property Management Division

Stephanie Norvell, broker of Town & Country Home Loans Inc., said she is proud to announce an addition to her office, Nicole McKee-Ward, who will be operating Town & Country Real Estate Property Management Division.

McKee-Ward, a Ramona native, attended local schools and graduated from Ramona High School in 1989. Licensed since 1998, she specializes in property management and has experience working directly with owners and tenants and the unique situations managing properties can bring.

She likes to call what she does “boutique management,” as she enjoys customizing each rental situation to the needs of her clients. Her foremost goal, she said, is to work in an efficient and ethical manner, always keeping the goals of her clients in mind.
