Ramona Jiu Jitsu competitors win world titles

Nathan Kiddoo, Berlin Kiddoo, Gabriel Kiddoo, Jay Friend Jr., and Hunter Mahaffey of Ramona Brazilian Jiu Jitsu dominated their divisions and brought home the gold world champion titles at the Kid’s World BJJ Champions in San Bernardino.

Also competing at the July 20 event were Savannah Kiddoo, Hayley Friend, Matthew Duvalian, and Matthew Mendoza, who each placed second. Logan Mahaffey and Wyatt Jones placed third in their divisions.

At the Grappling X California State Gi Championships this summer, the following RBJJ competitors took first place: Berlin Kiddoo, Jay Friend Jr., Matthew Mendoza, Savannah Kiddoo, Nathan Kiddoo, Jesse Deaver, Isaac Rorhol, and Dani Taylor. Placing second were Adon Yoder, Wyatt Jones, Jay Friend Sr., and Raul Leyva. Third place went to Ian Alexander, Maryann Perea, Chloe Forman, and Jovana McCreary.
