Reading sparks the imagination, Ronald McDonald tells Ramona children
The legendary Ronald McDonald brought his truck and his floppy red shoes to town Friday for a show in the Ramona Library Community Room.
During his interactive “It’s Book Time” assembly geared to children, he encouraged his enthusiastic
audience to stretch their imagination through reading. He reinforced appropriate library behavior, telling the youngsters how to properly care for books as he encouraged them to set aside time to read each day.
