Ramona Senior Activity Center is open in Ramona Community Center at 434 Aqua Lane weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. except for legal holidays.

Dinner-style meals are served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meals also are delivered to the homebound. Suggested lunch donation for seniors age 60 and older and for homebound is $4. Transportation is $1. Lunch for a non-senior guest of a senior is $6.

Thursday, July 12: Meatballs & gravy, fettuccine noodles, brussels sprouts.

Friday, July 13: Open face turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes & gravy, California vegetables, apple pie.

Monday, July 16: Meat lasagna, garlic bread, green beans, cantaloupe.

Tuesday, July 17: Beef stew, homemade biscuit, fresh grapes.

Wednesday, July 18: Ham and cheese sandwich, coleslaw salad, chips, peach crisp.

Thursday, July 19: Tuna noodle casserole, corn bread, sliced carrots, strawberries with whip cream.

Friday, July 20: Birthday lunch of oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, Scandinavian vegetables, cake and an orange.

Activities

The pool table may be used any time except during Bargain Corner, and a Wii game is available.

Thursday, July 12: Bingo at 1 p.m.

Friday, July 13: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Pokeno at 1 p.m., Movie Night at 6 p.m., “Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein,” hot dogs, popcorn and other goodies.

Monday, July 16: Exercise at 9 a.m., Lace at 9 a.m., Nutrition Advisory at 1 p.m.

Tuesday, July 17: Walking group at 8 a.m., Quilting at 9 a.m., Computers at 10:30 a.m.. Writing at 1 p.m.

Wednesday, July 18: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Alzheimer’s support group at 10 a.m., Bridge at 12:30 p.m. Santa Ysabel Casino Trip.

Thursday, July 19: Bingo at 1 p.m.

Friday, July 20: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Pokeno at 1 p.m.
