Ramona Real Estate Association plans three events this month

Ramona Real Estate Association (RREA) has three events lined up this month.

First will be networking in Kenrix Sushi Co. restaurant at 2330 Main St. at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 18. The no-host event will feature technology/smart phone/paperless tips, buyers and sellers needs and wants, affiliates’ news, and more.

Second will be RREA’s 2012 kick-off New Year Party in San Vicente Inn, 21457 San Vicente Road, starting at 6 p.m. on the last Saturday of the month, Jan. 28.

All silent auction proceeds will benefit the RREA Scholarship Fund. To donate a silent auction basket, call 760-787-3189 or email info@rrea.org.Tickets for the party are $20 each and include dinner and music provided by a disc jockey.

The month will end with presentations from Ramona Village Design and the Ramona mural project at the RREA breakfast at 8:30 a.m. in Nuevo Grill, 1413 Main St. The cost of $5 for members and $10 for others includes breakfast.

Carol Fowler, member of the Ramona chamber and the Ramona Village Design Group, with Howard Blackson, Ramona Village Design consultant, will discuss and show pictures of plans for Ramona Main Street’s future.
