FIRST ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

—Ramona Library, 1275 Main St., will host a celebration of the library’s first anniversary from 3 to 6 p.m. Sponsored by Friends of the Ramona Library, festivities will include activities for all ages, including music and dance performances, refreshments and opening remarks by San Diego County Library Director José Aponte. The celebration will showcase local talent, with Ramona resident Jose Smith playing the harp, Mariachi music by Señora Enedina Lammers, and Irish dancing and ballet by student Sierra Beggs. There will be henna tattoos for teens and crafts for children.
