COOL JAZZ...HOT CHILI, a fundraiser for the Ramona High School band program, will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in First Congregational Church, 404 Eighth St. at the corner of Eighth and D streets. Tickets are $6 per person and include entertainment from the Royal Blues Jazz Band. Hot chili and cornbread will be served, and a cake walk is planned.

4-H FUNDRAISER—Ramona Stars 4-H Club will have a Garage Sale and Bake Sale at Ramona Grange Hall, 215 Seventh St., from 8 to 11 a.m. DVDs, clothing, books, music CDs, household items and more will be for sale. Anyone interested in donating items for the sale may call Bernadette Faust at 760-789-3314 to have the items picked up, or drop them off at the Grange Hall between 5 and 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 3. Proceeds from the sale will benefit Ramona Stars 4-H.
