Open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 6 p.m., the teen center at 1710 Montecito Road is staffed by volunteers and free to all middle and high school students. In addition to a recreation room, computer room, band room and library, the center has a complete exercise equipment room.
