Junior Mitey Mite Dawg Pack

The Dawg Pack, Ramona Pop Warner’s Junior Mitey Mites team, had their second loss of the season to Torrey Pines.

In a game that promised to be intense from the beginning, the boys never gave up and fought intensely for every offensive yard gained and for each defensive yard prevented, report their coaches.

The Pack put points on the board with a fake punt and a pass from Coane to Steingraber. McManus had an interception and Savage is credited with a fumble recovery.

The Dawg Pack team is the main highlight of the game as each player displayed sportsmanship, discipline and character on both sides of the ball. Because of that, the team is credited with a win regardless of the scoreboard, and the boys learned that winning also means playing as a team at all times and giving 100 percent.
