Patriots Day tribute

Members of The Ramona Town Hall Brass Band play patriotic songs as part of a tribute to the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11 at the Ramona’s Got Talent show on Saturday night.

The tribute included images from Sept. 11, 2001, of the World Trade Center towers, the Pentagon and Shanksville, Penn. That was followed by images of America’s scenic lands while Kenneth Serfass and his Town Hall Brass Band played “God Bless the U.S.A.” by Lee Greenwood.

State Senator Joel Anderson spoke and thanked the young men and women around the world for their service and said Americans must make sure their children and grandchildren never forget that day in September 2001.
