Pearl Harbor survivor shares experience with Scouts

Ramona resident and Pearl Harbor survivor Stuart Hedley talked to members of Ramona Boy Scout Troop 768 about what it was like before, during and after the Japanese attack. A U.S. Navy chief petty officer, Hedley was stationed aboard the USS West Virginia BB-48 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. The boys, troop leaders and parents thanked retired Chief Petty Officer Hedley for sharing his experiences with the troop.
