All are invited to participate in Coffee Club

The Coffee Club will meet again on Nov. 17. The time will be 1:30 p.m. We need ideas to pursue in the upcoming months — things such as finance reform, local issues, national issues and soon.

At the last meeting, it was suggested we ask other letter writers to join us. I find this to be a great idea and would like to invite all to participate in some fact-checking.

I would love to see the people mentioned by Gil Noble in his letter on Nov. 8 (“Words of sympathy and concern”) come. Bettie Heldring is also invited. I find her to be a gifted writer who avoids facts at all cost. Perhaps she will attend and explain why she does this.
