•Traffic collision, Highway 78 near Old Julian Highway, motorcycle versus vehicle. One patient transported to Palomar Medical Center via Mercy Air.
•Medical aid, walk-in Station 85. Treated patient suffering from blunt trauma to leg and patient then taken by personal vehicle to urgent care.
•Traffic collision, Mesa Grande. Single vehicle through fence. One patient transported to Palomar Medical Center.
Medical aid, Deeming Ranch Road. Diabetic emergency with abdominal pain. Patient transported to Pomerado Hospital.

•Medical aid, Oakana Road. Patient with severe nose bleed transported to Palomar Medical Center.

•Medical aid, Highway 79. Patient transported via Mercy Air.
Sunday, June 19
•Medical aid, Schoolhouse Canyon Road. Hand numbness. Patient declined transport.
Saturday, June 18
•Residential structure fire, Borrego Springs. Single story residence with attic partially involved on arrival. Major damage to structure and several firefighters with mild to moderate injuries.
•Vehicle accident, Highway 79. Car off the road. Unoccupied.

•Medical aid, Lake Henshaw Resort. Patient experiencing general weakness transported to Palomar Medical Center.
•Dog attack, Schoolhouse Canyon Road. Pitbull versus poodle and owner. Owner did not suffer injuries.

•Traffic collision, Highway 78 at Rancho Santa Teresa. Two occupants, no injuries.
