SR-67 connector to eastbound I-8/Magnolia Avenue to close for 5 hours Saturday morning

The connector ramp from southbound state Route 67 (SR-67) to eastbound Interstate 8 (I-8)/Magnolia Avenue will be closed for guardrail repair Saturday morning from 6 until 11, according to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans).

Motorists bound for Magnolia Avenue will be detoured to exit SR-67 at West Bradley Avenue and proceed west to Magnolia Avenue.

To access eastbound I-8, motorists may take westbound I-8, exit at West Main Street and proceed south on West Main Street to eastbound I-8.

Message signs will be placed advising motorists of the closures.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and safely move over a lane when they see Caltrans or other emergency vehicles displaying flashing amber lights.
