Intermountain directors

Intermountain Fire and Rescue Department has two new faces on its board.

Kimberly Kelly and Scott Toothacre are part of the 2010-11 board. Kelly, a former lieutenant with the San Diego Sheriff’s Reserve, is a national authority on search and rescue techniques and recovery of Missing Alzheimer’s victims.

Toothacre is an attorney specializing in labor law. He has offices in San Diego and Poway.

Returning to the board are Charles Teichert, president and chairman; Russ Meskell, vice president; Maurice Waters, secretary; Ron Peterka, treasurer; and Jeff Uran, director.

The Intermountain department covers the 125-square-mile area northeast and east of the Ramona Municipal Water District, which operates the Ramona Fire Department.
