Award-winning actor plays FDR for a night

Multi-award-winning actor Ed Asner will be Franklin Delano Roosevelt for a night when he presents FDR for one night, Saturday, Feb. 20, at 8 in the Poway Center for the Performing Arts.

Based on Sunrise at Campobello, a Broadway hit, FDR follows the iconic leader on his years as president from inauguration to the trials of World War II.

Tickets are $39 for adults, $5 for youth age 18 and younger with the purchase of an adult ticket, and $33 for seniors age 62 and older. Adult admission is $34 per ticket with the purchase of at least four tickets.

Poway Center for the Performing Arts is at 15498 Espola Road in Poway. Parking is free.
