The fun won’t be over when the Saturday night rodeo ends. That will be when the Free Family Dance in the Ramona Outdoor Community Center Pavilion will start.

Agavero Revue, a band that’s been attracting crowds throughout the San Diego area, promises a night of lively dance tunes.

Founded by Robin Hoffos of Ramona, Agavero Revue features Hoffos on vocals and guitar, Sal LoCascio on lead guitar and vocals, Jack Butler on bass, Gregg LaRocco on drums, and Ray Digilio on vocals, drums and guitar.

“We play what needs to be played, what must be sung,”

they say.

The band’s diverse repertoire is totally dance oriented. They play everything from Motown to Geffen, Woodstock to Street Scene, and Ed Sullivan to American Idol.

Those who have heard them agree the audience can’t sit still when Agavero Revue plays. Everyone has to dance.

“I am living my dream: Playing what needs to be played, and singing what must be sung,” says Hoffos.
