Golfers open league action

The Bulldog golf team opened league action with a 200-207 victory over Mt. Carmel on the road at Doubletree Country Club.

Andrew Massey was the medalist shooting a one under par 35 on the front nine. Brian Moberg also shot in the thirties by recording a 38.

Johnny Lafata shot 42. Glen Barnum fired a 43 and Garrett shot 48.

Ramona remained undefeated as they beat San Pasqual 193-215 at the friendly confines of San Vicente Resort.

Brian Moberg earned medalist honors by shooting an even par 36 on the front nine. Glendon Barnum and Josh Haynes both shot a one over par 37.

Andrew Massey shot 41. Christian Rajcic recorded a 42 and Jake Lohman shot a 48. Lohman shot the team’s first eagle of the season on the par five fourth hole.
