Guy B. Woodward Museum will be decked out for Christmas this month, and music director Wayne Wagner will add his talents to the annual holiday potluck.

Students from Montessori Children’s House in Ramona will continue their early December tradition of decorating the Christmas tree in the museum while they sing Christmas carols. Museum curator Ann Mundt has added to the holiday spirit by dressing the museum’s mannequins in fashions of the season, so, when guests arrive at Ramona Pioneer Historical Society’s holiday potluck, the stage will be set.

The potluck will be on Tuesday, Dec. 15, at 6:30 p.m. in the Barnett Barn on the museum grounds, 645 Main St. Those attending are asked to bring a main dish, salad, or dessert to serve eight.

Christmas music will be in the air with Wagner providing the vocals. A sing-along will be part of the program.

Wagner, music director at St. Mary’s Church in Escondido, is a former music director at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Ramona.

Those attending the potluck are encouraged to bring their favorite holiday memories to share during the evening.

Hospitality hostess Myra Arrendale promises an array of holiday delectables. In keeping with the holiday season, attendees are asked to bring canned goods that will be donated to the Ramona Food and Clothes Closet for those in need.
