Ramona’s Boys Under 15 Intra FC prevailed over Vista Storm 6-3, improved their record to 11-0-1 and clinched first place.

The Intra FC team, coached by E. Jay Maruna, Mike Diaz and Marco Sanchez, has assembled a very good complement of players, noted Kristina La Rosa, team manager.

The first half scoring was capped off by Intra’s Francisco Solis sizzler to make it a 5-1 contest. In the second half, Vista tacked on two goals but the combination of Duarte to McLaughlin capped off the scoring to give Intra FC the win.

On the defensive side of the ball, Intra’s Goalie Agustin “Guz” Gutierrez had another solid day. Overall the Intra FC defense has given up only11 goals this season.
