Torrey Pines outscored the Lady Dawgs 25-15 in the second period to lead 40-27 at intermission.

Torrey Pines extended the lead to 60-40 going into the final period and pulled away to win 78-52.

“Janet Nasman has really played well,” said Marshall. “She has controlled the boards at both ends of the court. Her defense has also been good. We are not a one-person team, but she makes everybody a better player when she is in the post.”
