A revised tentative map with road modifications for the Montecito Ranch project will go before the county Planning Commission on Friday, Aug. 16.

Montecito Ranch, a 935.2-acre project for 417 single-family homes, an 8.3-acre active park, an 11.9-acre historic park and 571.2 acres of biological open space, is planned to be built one mile northwest of the Ramona Town Center, south of State Route 78 and west of Ash Street. The supervisors approved the original vesting tentative map Aug. 4, 2010.
