Senior Center has its own website — and Facebook page

Ramona Senior Center has a new website:

The center at 434 Aqua Lane is open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for legal holidays.


Monday, Feb. 3: Exercise at 9 a.m., Lace/Crochet at 9 a.m., Ramblers Travel Club at 1 p.m.

Tuesday, Feb. 4: Walking at 8 a.m., Quilting at 9 a.m., Yoga at 9 a.m., Computers at 10:30 a.m., Writers at 1 p.m.

Wednesday, Feb. 5: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Bridge at 12:30 p.m., Santa Ysabel at 1 p.m.

Thursday, Feb. 6: Embroidery at 9 a.m., Bingo at 1 p.m.

Friday, Feb. 7: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Seniors Empowering Seniors at 10:30 a.m., Pokeno at 1 p.m.


Monday, Feb. 3: Chicken in mushroom gravy, rice, broccoli, pineapple.

Tuesday, Feb. 4: Beef stew, homemade biscuits, ambrosia, salad.

Wednesday, Feb. 5: Stuffed manicotti, breadsticks, California vegetables, pears.

Thursday, Feb. 6: Meatloaf and gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach, peaches.

Friday, Feb. 7: Swai baked fish, rice pilaf, baby carrots, fresh kiwi.

Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meals also are delivered to the homebound.

Suggested lunch donation for seniors age 60 and older and for the homebound is $4. Transportation is $1. Lunch for a non-senior guest of a senior is $6. For reservations and more information, call 760-789-0440.
