SR-78 lane blocked near Santa Ysabel due to accident

Update, Monday, 12:15 p.m. — Both lanes of State Route 78, 1-1/2 miles east of  State Route 79, are open following an accident at 10:49 a.m. involving an overturned pickup truck and minor injuries, according to California Highway Patrol.

Monday, 11:15 a.m.—The eastbound lane of State Route 78, 1-1/2 miles east of State Route 79 in Santa Ysabel, is blocked due to an accident and one-way traffic control is being conducted, reports California Highway Patrol.

A red Ranger pickup truck overturned on its passenger’s side at 10:49 a.m., according to the CHP website. No other information is available.
