Ramona Senior Center at 434 Aqua Lane is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for legal holidays.
Thursday, Oct. 3: Machine Embroidery Class 9-11 a.m., Bingo at 1 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 4: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Seniors Empowering Seniors (Topic: Skin Care) at 10:30 a.m., Pokeno at 1 p.m.
Monday, Oct. 7: Exercise at 9 a.m., Lace/Crochet Class at 9 a.m., Ramblers Travel Club at 1 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 8: Walking Group at 8 a.m., Yoga at 9 a.m., Quilting at 9 a.m., Computer Class at 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 9: Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Bridge at 12:30 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 10: Bargain Corner from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., open to the public Flu Shot Clinic from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Bingo at 1 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 11: Bargain Corner from 8 a.m. to noon, Exercise at 9 a.m., Pinochle at 9 a.m., Senior Empowering Seniors (Topic: Medicare) at 10:30 a.m., Pokeno at 1 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 3: Chicken fajitas, Mexican rice, refried beans, fruited yogurt.
Friday, Oct. 4: Eggplant Parmesan, garlic bread, mixed vegetables, fruit salad.
Monday, Oct. 7: Lemon chicken, roasted red potatoes, spinach, Mandarin oranges.
Tuesday, Oct. 8: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon corn, tropical fruit.
Wednesday, Oct. 9: Pasta imitation crab salad with peas, carrot raisin salad, crackers, bread pudding.
Thursday, Oct. 10: Beef stroganoff, noodles, brussels sprouts, pineapple.
Friday, Oct. 11: Turkey burgers, lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet potato fries, fruited Jello.
Dinner-style meals are served from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meals also are delivered to the homebound.
Suggested lunch donation for seniors age 60 and older and for the homebound is $4. Transportation is $1. Lunch for a non-senior guest of a senior is $6. For reservations and more information, call 760-789-0440.
