Noise from Marine training may be heard in Ramona

Marines at Camp Pendleton will conduct live-fire artillery training this week and noise from the exercises may be heard up to 50 miles away, base officials announced.

Live-fire artillery training is scheduled from 6 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday, June 24-28, according to Camp Pendleton’s public affairs office.

Residents with questions can call base officials at 760-725-0357.
