Flag Day flag-burning ceremony

On Flag Day, June 14, Ramona Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3783 members Don Bailey and Andy Mandichak burn six bags of worn-out U.S. flags turned in by VFW members and residents of Ramona for traditional retirement of the flags in honor and respect for each flag.
