Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at free events in Ramona
Two free events, open to the community, will be held this week to mark St. Patrick’s Day.
Irish crafts, food, and dance will be featured at a St. Patrick’s Day celebration, at 3 p.m., Friday, March 15, at Ramona Library, 1275 Main St. For more information, call 760-788-5270.
Dos Picos County Park will offer a Leprechaun Hunt on Saturday, March 16. Teams or individuals can hunt for the 21 leprechauns that will be hiding in the park.
The hunt begins at sunrise and ends when all the leprechauns are found. Participants can redeem their leprechauns at the ranger’s office for prizes.
The park is at 17953 Dos Picos Park Road, off Mussey Grade Road. For more information, call 760-789-2220.
