This tiny little pond does nothing for recycled water at the golf course. it holds less than 5% of the recycled water required for the Golf Course at a cost of $650,000? how is this economical? Mr Garrett has taken SDCEA down a ridiculous path and wasted a mountain of money for nothing. KUDOS to Perry Jones for realizing that this mud hole is the most expensive and least productive thing SDCEA has ever done. Why does the rest of the board not listen to the treasrur?
