Lived in Ramona from 1942 until 1960. Then went away to college in LaVerne. Married in 1964 and settled in Ontario, Ca. There is no better place to grow up than in RAMONA. I try to visit at these lunches as much as I can. It is a 100 mile trip each way for me. I have many lifelong friends who I will always cherish. My Mom(died 1985) and Dad (died 1993) loved their small town friends. My Dad ran Ramona Cash Grocery for many years.
I miss the beautiful sunsets . I will never forget Ramona or the people I know.
