The actions of the SDCEA Board of Directors continues to amaze me. Despite the what the misleading petition states, San Vicente Road has been recognized as unsafe by the State of California and the County of San Diego. To present a petition signed by just 10% of the SDCE homeowner's signatures and declare a quorum is misleading at best.

Additionally, if God forbid the Board of Directors are successful in stopping or delaying this road improvement project, they could very well incur a tremendous liability on the entire Estates when (not if) the next accident occurs on San Vicente Road.

I hope all the Board of Directors have individual umbrella insurance policies, because they may be held liable.
