No illegal practices you bonehead. I guess the owner of the restaurant shouldn't comply while the rest of the businesses do. UCAN just sees $$$ signs. They aren't always right you know. I've had to comply and happily do so. If the knucklehead who owns this restaurant gets away with non-compliance then you will see lawsuits abound. Not one thing to do with UCAN.
