Christmas tree shopping
Mike Hughes and his son, Max, of Ramona, load a fresh cut Christmas tree into the back of their pickup truck on Saturday, Dec. 15, after purchasing it from Mountain Valley Ranch. Many people stopped by Mountain Valley on the east side of town, at 842 State Route 78, that day to choose a Christmas tree from the variety that includes noble firs, Douglas firs, and grand firs. Trees at the ranch will be sold through Dec. 23.
