He had a tennis ball in his mouth when he was shot. Also, the vet who did the autopsy noted that the bullet wounds were all on one side of the dogs body which means they shot him from the side. The dog was not charging the police. They got scared and shot an innocent 2 yr old dog. Not to mention they were on private property without giving notice they were there.
