Anyone out there ( Teachers Union, Teachers, School Board members past and present) able to enlighten the citizens of Ramona about the $4.8 million of "other" benefits to teachers on page 5 and $3.4 million of "other services" and $1.4 million for a "certificate of participation" ? I am not asking to antogonize... asking because of the over $5 million deficit projected by this budget. ( see Mr Patterson's blog/editorial and subsequent comments on another website in this community.) We need openness and clarification. Years ago a friend of ours asked for clarification about a $1million dollar expenditure and the board chair scolded him with the reply " Your question is not germaine." All of this is "germaine."
