Apartment managers receive crime-free training
Lt. James Bovet and Crime Prevention Specialist Barbara Wallace conducted a daylong Crime-Free Multi-Housing program for Ramona apartment managers at the sheriff’s Ramona substation on Tuesday.
The program is aimed at keeping illegal activity out of rental properties and is a solution-oriented certification program with three key elements that move participants toward the crime-free goal: enhanced physical security, tenant involvement, and management training.
