There should be some law that says "If you have minors involved in crime, it's a double sentence for the adult". I think the penalties should at least be doubled. I don't know about anyone else but if I were to get caught with drugs (heroin, and three Valium), involving minors in crimes, and using stolen credit cards. I believe I wouldn't see the light of day for a very long time! This really irks me! That judge needs a slap upside his head for a reality check, if the judge was my son/daughter we would be having a meeting back in the chambers!

Kevin, I've also got a big problem with this. The whole crew is guilty of the burglaries and all should additionally be charged with conspiracy. Why that element is being overlooked blows my mind.
In addition, this thing of protecting juveniles from being identified until they're 18 needs to be amended, and I'd suggest doing so once they're 16, or with no limit. These slime balls know and knew what they were doing was wrong.

.This whole thing with McGee is a bunch of crap. He is nothing but trouble, and I truly hope the DA, refiles Burglary charges against him. I guarantee you, he had as big of a part in these Burglaries as did the Juvenal's. He needs to do some serious prison time.

So what your saying what I read is, get some kids to do the dirty work.
Even if your caught, you can still be sleeping in your own bed shortly after?
The kids won't be in "that" much trouble and neither will you?
Does anyone else have a problem with this?
