Firefighters to hold Boot Drive Wednesday morning for MDA

The Ramona Fire Department/Cal Fire and the San Diego County Fire Authority will be holding its annual Fill the Boot Drive from 7 to 8 a.m., Wednesday morning at three intersections in Ramona.

This year the fire department is working in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) to raise funds to battle muscular dystrophy.

Drivers can fill the boots with donations at the following locations:

Main and 10th streets

State Route 67 and Highland Valley/Dye Road

Gun Stage and San Vicente roads in San Diego Country Estates
