		<description>Good job!, I have been there 9 times, mostly the one day trips.  The one day trips allow you to have a lighter pack, while the two day trips require you to carry camping equipment. The altitude is the big kicker, doesn&#039;t matter how good of shape you are in, your reaction to the thin air can&#039;t be predicted. Many very strong, in shape people have had to turn around just from altitude sickness. 
For the real tough workout.. try the Mountaineer&#039;s route some time.
