Now just saying he got the gun from the homeowner what do you think he may have done with that weapon, maybe kill the homeowner or one of his sons? Hell I would have shot the guy way before that, you see in Oklahoma if a person comes on to you property, and threatens you to the point you feel your life is in danger, you can shoot them without worrying about the law spinning it around. It's called "The Make My Day Law" and in other states they have whats known as The Castle Doctrine which states you have the right to use deadly force against anyone who you feel is threatening your life or the life of your family. I hope this homeowner walks without any legal problems, this man has already changed this families life forever.
