CHP reports fatality on SR-79 near Santa Ysabel

One person has been killed in a collision between a car and a big rig on state Route 79 in the Santa Ysabel area Friday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Traffic is being detoured around the accident scene, the CHP reports.
