The JBS does not candidly state the underlying predicates of what they believe because they know most Americans would recoil from them in horror since most Americans do not believe that the majority of our public officials during the past 60+ years have been traitors, Communists, Communist sympathizers, or Communist dupes. The Tea Party movement is not the same as the John Birch Society — although they do share some similar ideas.
